Elkton is a town in and the county seat of Cecil County, Maryland, United States.

Housekeeping Service Hours:

• Weekdays: Services run from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending by mid-afternoon. We minimize disruption to residents' routines.
• Weekends: Reduced service with restrooms and lounges cleaned once on Saturdays. No regular services on Sundays, which is a day off for our staff.
• Emergency Services: Our team remains on call at all times. Available 24/7 through our Service Center at 301-314-9675.

Trash Removal

Residents are required to take their trash to the dumpsters outside their buildings. Housekeeping handles trash and recycling removal from lobbies, lounges, laundry rooms, and common bathrooms twice a day, ensuring clean and welcoming common areas.

Air Conditioned Building with HVAC System Capable of Switching Between Heating and Cooling

Elkton Hall’s HVAC system is fully automated, utilizing sensors to switch between heating and cooling based on outdoor temperatures. This means your room may be heated at night if it’s cold enough and cooled during the day if it’s warm enough. Each unit includes a fan coil for air circulation. While residents cannot adjust the temperature or fan speed, supply temperatures are monitored daily by the Residential Facilities maintenance staff to ensure comfort.

To view floor plans:

1. Visit the Facilities Service Central website and sign in with your university login/CAS credentials. 
2. Under Space, select Floor Plans and choose your residence hall and floor.
3. Use the Measurement Tool to view approximate room dimensions.

Please note: Room dimensions are approximate and may vary by room. Measurements are provided for planning purposes only and include the room's length, width, and window width. Ceiling height, window height and other specific room dimensions are not available at this time.
