Employee Relations

They coordinate leave requests, manage performance and attendance issues, and foster a positive workplace culture. From handling grievances to conducting workplace investigations, they're here to support our staff every step of the way.

She oversees the hiring process, from onboarding to exit interviews, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members. Whether it's coordinating seasonal hires or facilitating professional development, our manager is here to support our team every step of the way.

Work Management

Our Work Management team connects department operations and stakeholders in our residence halls, chapter houses, and recreation facilities. They are responsible for:

  • 24-hour Service Center: Initiating and tracking service requests. 
  • Key Shop: Handling lock core changes and issuing keys. 
  • Outage Communication and Coordination: Managing planned and unplanned outages and work in our facilities. 
  • Summer Schedule Planning: Organizing and coordinating the department's summer schedule. 
  • Emergency Response: Assisting in coordination during and after facility emergencies, such as floods. 
  • After-Hours Schedules: Maintaining on-call schedules for housekeeping, facilities maintenance, and work management.

The Work Management team also oversees transition activities at the start and end of each semester and trains our staff on work management procedures, key policies, and customer service.
