Nicole Miskimon

Meet Nicole Miskimon, Chief Administrative Officer for Residential Facilities.
Nicole has served the University System of Maryland since 1997, with a focus on research, facilities, and student affairs. She joined the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2019 and plays a vital role in overseeing the Work Management, Information Technology, Communications, and Administrative Services units.

Nicole’s responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives, facilitating change management, and ensuring the efficient use of financial and human resources. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Science and an MBA, with a passion for mentoring employees to reach their full potential.

Nicole is a conscientious leader who strives to mentor employees to reach their potential. Her philosophy centers on harmony, accountability, and service. Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother, dog lover, and enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time near the water.
