Meet Vassie Hollamon, Associate Director of Building Services.
Vassie brings 38 years of facilities management experience, with 27 years at the University of Maryland. Leading the Building Services team, Vassie oversees housekeeping and pest control for 10,000 student residents. He has the privilege of leading a team of 170 individuals, who truly care for our students. Vassie prioritizes individual well-being and collective success, valuing each person's time, talent, and contributions. Vassie works everyday to build an organization that meets each person where they are, cares for their needs, inspires and enables them to be their best. Vassie’s vision for the team is to become essential partners in student success.
