Reporting a facility issue at UMD is about to get easier. We’re excited to introduce Facilities Service Central (FSC), a brand-new, web-based portal designed to simplify the way students, faculty, and staff report facility concerns and request service.

A Unified Solution for Campus Facilities

Whether you live in a residence hall, dine on campus, work out at RecWell, or visit STAMP, you’ve likely encountered situations where something needed fixing. Until now, knowing where to report those issues wasn’t always straightforward. That’s why Residential Facilities, Dining Services, Recreation & Wellness, STAMP, and Facilities Management have partnered to bring you a centralized system that makes submitting a request effortless.

FSC allows you to:

  • Easily Submit Requests – Log in with your CAS ID, select the issue type, and follow simple prompts.
  • Track Progress in Real-Time – Get status updates and communicate directly with the Service Center, Shop Supervisors, and Technicians via the “Comments” section.
  • Upload Images & Documents – Provide photos or files to help technicians understand the issue faster.
  • Manage Everything in One Place – No need to wonder where to report an issue—FSC covers it all.
